(“3MV” or the “Company“) (TSXV: TMV) announces it has received notice from Invico Diversified Income Limited Partnership (“Invico”) of default by 3MV under terms of a loan agreement dated October 31, 2014, demand for repayment of $6,000,000 principal outstanding together with accrued unpaid interest and notice of Invico's intention to enforce security.
