(NYSE: OAS) (“Oasis” or the “Company”) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 34,000,000 shares of common stock. Oasis expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 5,100,000 additional shares of common stock. Oasis intends to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes and to fund a portion of its 2016 capital expenditures.
