SC Klaipedos Nafta preliminary transhipment and revenue results for the February 2016

During February 2016 SC Klaipedos Nafta (hereinafter – “the Company”) reloaded 746 thousand tons of petroleum products into its storage tanks of Klaipeda oil terminal and Subacius fuel base (SFB), i.e. grater by 44.9 percent compared to February 2015, when 515 thousand tons were reloaded.

During the two months of 2016 the Company in total reloaded 1,538 thousand tons of petroleum products into its storage tanks or greater by 34.3 per cent compared to the same period of 2015 when 1,145 thousand tons were reloaded. The main reason for the transhipment volume growth in 2016 is the significantly increased volume of petroleum products delivered from SC Orlen Lietuva and larger volumes of the transit petroleum products freights.

During February 2016 in the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal of the Company 1,704 thousand MWh of the natural gas were re-gasified and supplied to the natural gas transmission system, i.e. grater by 3.5 times compared to February 2015, when 377 thousand MWh where re-gasified. During the two months of 2016 Company re-gasified 2,775 thousand MWh of the natural gas, i.e. grater 2.15 times compared to the same period of 2015, when 881 thousand MWh natural gas was re-gasified. This remarkable growth is bounded new LNG terminal users – Achema, SC and Lietuvos dujų tiekimas, JSC.

The preliminary sales revenues of the Company’s LNG Terminal for February 2016 comprise EUR 5.9 million, which is equal to the one twelfth of the liquefaction revenues approved by the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices for the year 2016. The preliminary revenue of the LNG terminal for the January-February  2016 comprise EUR 11.7 million and it’s grater by 8.3 per cent compared to the same period 2015 (EUR 10,8 million).

The preliminary sales revenues for the two months 2016 of Klaipedos Nafta,SC oil terminal and SFB comprise EUR 8.35 million and are greater by 14.4 per cent compared to the same period of 2015 (EUR 7.3 million). Total preliminary sales revenues of the Company for the 2 months of 2016 comprise Eur 20.05 million, i.e. 10.8 per cent grater compared to February 2015 (Eur 18.1 million).
