Small private Company producing about 16 BOEPD in the Pembina area which includes GORR interests and 5.25 Sections of Undeveloped Land targeting Viking, Glauconite, Ellerslie and Duvernay prospects. There are 2 Operated 100% WI oil wells, 3 non-operated WI oil wells, 9 GORR Cardium horizontal oil wells (operated by Sinopec) and a minor working interest in a central Oil Battery.
The Company is tightly held and has no debt, no office lease or employment obligations. The Corporate LLR of 1.04 includes a cash deposit with the AER. Gross Revenues in 2015 were $150,000 before operating expenses, of which about 40% was generated from the GORR horizontal Cardium oil wells.
The Company prefers a Corporate sale, however, offers on certain assets may be entertained. The Purchaser would obtain GORR revenue, Operator License, undeveloped land and Corporate Tax Pools.
