The cash dividend to be paid on August 23, 2016, in respect of the period from July 1, 2016 to July 31, 2016, for shareholders of record on July 29, 2016 will be $0.005 per common share of Eagle. The ex-dividend date is July 27, 2016.
Eagle’s dividend has been designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
