CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – Sept. 15, 2016) – Eagle Energy Inc. (“Eagle“) (TSX:EGL) confirms its September 2016 dividend. The cash dividend to be paid on October 21, 2016, in respect of the period from September 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016, for shareholders of record on September 30, 2016 will be $0.005 per common share of Eagle. The ex-dividend date is September 28, 2016. Eagle’s dividend has been designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
