This event will be of significant value for professionals involved in acquisitions and divestitures, both operators and financial institutions, as we will cover the following:

The presentation will also showcase XI’s new LLR Analysis Module, now available in AssetBook. Participants will learn how to quickly evaluate groups of assets to determine how both the buyer and seller would be affected by LLR ratings, post transaction, effectively determine whether an opportunity is worth pursuing and find upside potential in the deal using liability reduction techniques.
