As part of our commitment to give back to the community we work in, Sayer Energy Advisors is donating our services to the Canadian Cancer Society (B.C. and Yukon), the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (B.C.) and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Alberta) (collectively the “Societies”) to assist with the divestiture of a Fee Simple title interest.
Sayer has been engaged to assist the executor of the estate of William Harold Dickey in the marketing of a Fee Simple title in the Lochend area of Alberta (the “Property”). The proceeds from the sale of the assets from the Dickey estate have been bequeathed to the Societies.
The Property consists of one half section of Fee Simple lands in the Lochend area, consisting of the natural gas rights to the south half of
Section 7, Township 26, Range 2W5.
In lieu of requesting offers to purchase the Property, Sayer is asking that all interested parties forward to our office charitable donations, by separate cheques, to one or more of the three Societies. The party which forwards the highest total donation will be assigned the title to the Property. All parties submitting donations will receive tax receipts from the respective Societies.
