OKLAHOMA CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Enable Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: ENBL) announced today that it has priced an offering of $700 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.400% senior notes due 2027 at a price to the public of 99.615% of their face value. Enable Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) expects the offering to close on March 9, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general partnership purposes, including to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
Citigroup, MUFG and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
