TULSA, Okla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Williams’ (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.20 annualized, on the company’s common stock, payable on June 26, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on June 9, 2017. The second quarter 2017 dividend is unchanged from the first quarter.
Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
