Enercore Energy Capital Delivers Fresh International Capital to the Canadian Junior Oil and Gas Market

June 1, 20175:04 AM BOE Report Staff

Enercore Energy Capital Opens New Office in Calgary to Facilitate International Debt and Equity Capital Into the Canadian O&G Market

Calgary, Alberta– (June 1, 2017) – Enercore Energy Capital, a boutique capital advisory firm, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Calgary, with the mandate of attracting international capital to the presently challenged junior oil and gas market in Canada.

Perry M. Anderson, CEO and Managing Partner of Enercore Energy Capital, states that “given the downturn in the commodity cycle, there are numerous strong energy companies who have become challenged in accessing the private capital markets and securing growth capital. This has become further exacerbated by the pull back of the conventional Canadian banks who are no longer adequately servicing the sector.  Fortunately, we have an alternative solution.”

The Enercore team brings over 80 years of combined experience in the energy and capital market sectors.  Enercore has direct access to a multitude of both domestic and international investors who are positioned to deploy capital.  The strength and reach of our capital providers enable us to assist our clients with access to debt or equity placements, growth capital, re-financings, buyouts or acquisitions.  In a tight financial market, it is access to these strategic and ‘capital ready’ investors which can make or break a deal.

Diane Zuber, CFO and Managing Partner of Enercore Energy Capital, states “Enercore’s mandate is to provide excellent service to our clients. We evaluate each client’s specific needs and match these up with the most suitable investor(s).” The sweet spot for the majority of our investor groups ranges between US$20 to US$100 million, with a keen appetite for Canada.  In addition, we are fully transparent through each stage of the capital raising engagement, keeping our clients apprised of all developments as they occur.
