Partnership’s Quarterly Distributable Cash Flow Continued to Increase as Large Organic Growth Projects Placed In Service

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) today announced a $0.015 increase in its quarterly cash distribution to $0.565 per ETP common unit ($2.26 on an annualized basis) for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017. This quarterly distribution will be paid on November 14, 2017 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 7, 2017.
ETP’s quarterly distributable cash flow (DCF) continued to increase as large organic growth projects have recently been placed in service. The Bakken Pipeline was placed in service on June 1, 2017 and Phase 1A of the Rover Pipeline was placed in service on August 31, 2017.
ETP plans to release earnings for the third quarter of 2017 on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, after the market closes. ETP and Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (NYSE: ETE), which owns the general partner of ETP, will conduct a joint conference call on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time to discuss quarterly results. The conference call will be broadcast live via an internet webcast, which can be accessed through energytransfer.com.
