RMP Energy Announces Name Change to Iron Bridge Resources Inc.

CALGARY, Alberta, Nov. 22, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — RMP Energy Inc. (the “Company“) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Iron Bridge Resources Inc., effective immediately. In connection with the name change, the Company’s common shares are expected to start trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under a new stock symbol: “IBR” at the open of markets on Monday, November 27, 2017.  No action is required to be taken by the Company’s shareholders with respect to this corporate name change.
