The session will focus on workflows and tools within XI’s AssetBook that can help operators to research, screen and analyze opportunities more quickly and effectively, sifting through mountains of data in minutes to find the gems with the most potential.
This session will be of significant value for professionals involved in acquisitions and divestitures, both operators and financial institutions, as we will cover the following:
- Identify public and private companies for corporate mergers or non-core property deals
- Identify public companies that may be in financial distress
- Research new areas to determine initial production, declines, expiring land etc.
- Map and export results for economic evaluation
The presentation will also touch on XI’s LLR Analysis Module and ARO Cost Model. Participants will learn how to quickly evaluate groups of assets to determine how both the buyer and seller LLR ratings would be affected by a proposed transaction, as well as estimate actual retirement costs. This gives you transparency before the data room stage so you can effectively determine whether an opportunity is worth pursuing and also find upside potential in the deal using liability reduction techniques.
