(TSX:MEG) (“MEG” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed its previously announced sale of the Company’s 50% interest in Access Pipeline and 100% interest in Stonefell Terminal for cash and other consideration of $1.61 billion.
MEG Energy Corp. is focused on sustainable in situ oil sands development and production in the southern Athabasca oil sands region of Alberta, Canada.
