Western Canada’s fleet of drilling rigs went up from 160 to 172 according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week of June 29.
From one week ago, Alberta rig counts increased from 103 to 112. Saskatchewan’s rig count increased from 39 to 41.
Oil drilling went from 103 to 117; gas rigs went from 57 to 55.
