Commencing August 26, 2018 with “Reading Week,” the PJVA will be offering its Joint Venture Certificate of Achievement program once again, hosted in-house at the Associations Plus offices in downtown Calgary.
This lecture-based program is both written and delivered by well known, respected and experienced Joint Venture professionals. The courses have been tailored to meet the needs of Western Canadian Joint Venture departments, focusing on providing participants with a foundational knowledge of the concepts, skills, and practices needed to begin a career in Joint Ventures, or expand a current position into increasing complexities and responsibilities. The concepts taught in these courses can also benefit may other disciplines, including Production or Joint Venture Accountants, Land Administration professionals, EIT’s, and Development or Production Techs or Engineers who would benefit from understanding the agreements and practices generally accepted among Joint Venture partners in the Western Canadian production basin.
