Grant Thornton Limited, in its capacity as the receiver of Lexin Resources Ltd., 1051393 BC Ltd., 0989 Resource Partnership, LR Processing Ltd. and LR Processing Partnership (the “Lexin Group”) is seeking offers to purchase the sour gas extraction equipment situated at various sites located in the Gladys area (“Gladys Equipment”) and has retained Energy Auctions Inc. as its exclusive Broker/Agent to assist in this process.
All equipment sales will be on an “as is, where is” basis and will be subject to approval of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (“Court”). Offer proposals/bids are open from August 24th to September 14, 2018. The Receiver reserves the right to accept or reject any of the bids submitted during this time frame. The approval of the Court for any sale is anticipated to be obtained within 30 days of the September 14, Noon, 2018 bid deadline. All items will be sold in packages according to ‘LSD’s’.
