PetroShale Grants Incentive Awards

CALGARY, Dec. 11, 2018 /CNW/ – PetroShale Inc. (“PetroShale” or the “Company“) (TSXV: PSH, OTCQX: PSHIF) announces that pursuant to its Restricted Bonus Award Incentive Plan (“Plan“), an aggregate of 475,000 restricted awards (“Awards“) were granted to certain officers and employees of PetroShale. The Awards vest as to one-third on March 31, 2020, as to one-third on March 31, 2021 and as to the remaining one-third on December 1, 2021, and expire on December 15, 2021.  The Awards may be settled by PetroShale, in its sole discretion, in cash and/or voting common shares of PetroShale, in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
