Force Rentals Ltd. (“Force”) and 5604070 Manitoba Ltd. o/a Titan Production Testing (“Titan”) (collectively, the “Companies”) provided oilfield services and equipment rentals primarily in and around Southwestern Manitoba.
Deloitte Restructuring Inc., in its capacity as Receiver of the Companies invite offers to purchase the Receiver’s right, title and interest, if any, in the assets of the Companies as follows:
Parcel 1: Force equipment and inventory
Parcel 2: Titan equipment and inventory
Parcel 3: 165 Queen Street, Virden, Manitoba
Parcel 4: 128 Tiger Moth Road, Virden, Manitoba
All offers must be sealed and marked “OFFER – Force and Titan” and be delivered or mailed, postage prepaid, to Deloitte Restructuring Inc. at 360 Main Street, Suite 2300, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3Z3 to be received no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, February 28, 2019. Every offer submitted shall be in the form of the Offer to Purchase prescribed in the Sales and Information Package. The highest or any offer will not necessary be accepted.
