Azoto Energy Services Ltd. Announces Significant Acquisition of Pumping Assets

Azoto Energy Services Ltd. (Azoto) announces that it has completed a significant acquisition of 52 pieces of high-quality heavy rolling High rate fired and low rate non-fired nitrogen pumps, storage, transports and tube trailers.

David Lee, the Company’s President, said “This acquisition of significant pumping assets is an exciting development for Azoto. This transaction allows us to continue our focused growth within the Plant and Pipeline maintenance and turnaround sector and enhances our capacity and capabilities for our customers.  Azoto has continuously grown its market share and revenue since inception in 2015, and this transaction gives us the fleet to be one of the largest service providers in the Canadian plant and pipeline market.”

Azoto Energy Services Ltd. was founded in 2015 and is a focused Nitrogen pumping company in the Plant and Pipeline Services industry.  Our focus is Oil and Gas and chemical plant and pipeline turnaround, commissioning, and maintenance services.  With equipment that ranges from low rate non fired pumpers to high-rate quints, Azoto is able to meet all nitrogen pumping requirements for the oil and gas and fertilizer industry.
