On January 5, Australian Securities Exchange-listed energy company Calima Energy Limited announced the sale of its wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary, Blackspur Oil Corp. The sale agreement, which would see Blackspur Oil acquired by Astara Energy Corp, is for cash proceeds of $75 million before customary adjustments at completion for net debt.
