Ksi Lisims LNG and Shell finalize 20 year sale and purchase agreement for 2 million tonnes of LNG per year

Ksi Lisims LNG Limited Partnership announced this morning that it has signed a 20-year LNG sale and purchase agreement with Shell, under which Shell will purchase 2 million tonnes of LNG per year from the Ksi Lisims LNG project.
