CALGARY, AB, May 14, 2024 /CNW/ – Keyera Corp. (TSX: KEY) (“Keyera”) announced today the voting results from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 14, 2024 in a virtual only format. Each of the matters is described in greater detail in the 2024 Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular dated March 28, 2024 (the “Information Circular”).
All nominees listed in the Information Circular were elected as directors of Keyera to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders, or until their successors are elected or appointed.

All other resolutions at the meeting were successfully approved by shareholders including the appointment of auditors and the approach to executive compensation. The resolution approving Keyera’s approach to executive compensation as detailed in the Information Circular, was approved with 98.19% of votes in favour.
