NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 21, 2024, Harris & Partners Inc. was appointed as the receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of all the assets, undertaking and properties of The Imaging Systems Group Inc. and Imaging Systems Media Inc. (the “Debtors”) pursuant to an Order of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”).
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on September 16, 2024 the Receiver commenced a Sale Process (“Sale Process”) to solicit interest in and opportunities for a sale of all or part of the business, property, assets and undertakings of the Debtors, a producer of continuous thermal well log plotters and printers. Pursuant to the Sale Process, Bids must be submitted by no later than 5:00 pm (Calgary Time) on October 17, 2024.
