- Purchase price up to $10,000,000 CAD
- Oil/liquid weighted assets
- Operated assets
- Mature assets with relatively low declines
- Assets which have an appropriate active to inactive ratio
The company is financially healthy and holds an AER-approved D067 license. All offers will be presented without conditions related to financing. Opportunities will be reviewed by Lighthouse Energy Group.
