Oil transit volumes from Kazakhstan via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) pipeline could be reduced about 30% due to the damage done by a Ukrainian drone attack, Russian oil transporting company Transneft said on Tuesday.
It will take up to two months month to deal with the damage caused by the drone strike, the company added.
A drone strike hit a pumping station on the oil pipeline in Russia on Monday, reducing flows from Kazakhstan to world markets pumped by Western firms including Chevron and Exxon Mobil.
