Sources are reporting that after months of intense negotiations, absolutely zero salary cap concerns, and several questionable scouting decisions, OSY Rentals is officially bringing back its 15th Annual Free Hockey Draft.
League insiders are calling it “completely unnecessary, wildly competitive, and somehow still free.”
