Questfire Energy Corp. Deferred Semi-Annual Borrowing Base Redetermination to August 15, 2016

CALGARY, AB–(Marketwired – July 04, 2016) – Questfire Energy Corp. (the “Corporation” or “Questfire“) (TSX VENTURE: Q.A) (TSX VENTURE: Q.B) announces that the Corporation and its syndicate of lenders have agreed to defer the semi-annual borrowing base redetermination under the Corporation’s credit facilities from June 30, 2016 to August 15, 2016, which is being effected together with various other amendments to such facility, including amendments to the financial covenants therein.
