Western Canada’s fleet of drilling rigs went down by 28 to the current count of 210 actively drilling rigs according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week of December 22nd.
From one week ago, Alberta rig counts decreased from 167 to 162, the Saskatchewan rig count decreased by 42 to 29.
Oil drilling went down by 14 to 120; gas rigs went down 14 to 90.
