Phillips 66 JV Borger refinery continuing to restart units -sources

* Phillips 66 was continuing on Monday to restart units atits146,000 barrel per day (bpd) joint-venture Borger, Texas,refinery as it wraps up a planned plantwide overhaul, saidsources familiar with plant operations.

* The refinery restarted a coking unit and a reformer overtheweekend, the sources said.
