High North Resources Ltd.: Grant of Stock Options

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – Feb. 12, 2015) –

High North Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:HN) (the “Company” or “High North“) announces that effective February 12, 2015, the board of directors of the Company approved the grant of an aggregate of 2,275,000 stock options to acquire an equivalent number of common shares of High North to certain directors and officers pursuant to the terms of the Company’s rolling stock option plan. Each option is exercisable at a price of CDN $0.07 per common share and will expire on February 12, 2020.

The options are granted subject to receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
