(“First Mountain“) (TSX Venture: FMX) is pleased to announce that it has closed the acquisition of producing oil and gas properties in the Lanaway and Fir areas of Alberta for cash consideration of $400,000 , before closing adjustments and related costs as previously announced on April 17, 2013 .
