Questfire Energy Corp. Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Questfire Energy Corp. (the “Corporation” or “Questfire”) (TSX VENTURE:Q.A)(TSX VENTURE:Q.B) regretfully announces the passing of Kelly Drader, a director of the Corporation. Mr. Drader had been a director since June of 2013 and was Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Questfire’s board of directors now consists of five directors. Questfire appointed Stephen Balog as director on November 19, 2013. Mr. Balog is a senior oil and gas executive and professional engineer with more than 40 years of diversified industry experience. He is president of West Butte Management Inc. and a Principal of Alconsult International Ltd., private oil and gas consulting firms, and is a director of Advantage Oil & Gas Ltd.
