Questfire Energy Corp. Announces Incentive Share Option Issuance

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – April 11, 2014) – Questfire Energy Corp. (the “Corporation”) (TSX VENTURE:Q.A)(TSX VENTURE:Q.B) announces it has issued an aggregate of 615,000 options to directors, officers, employees and consultants pursuant to its stock option plan, of which 320,000 were granted to directors and officers. The options have an exercise price of $2.05 per share and will expire on April 11, 2024.
