(“Stonehaven” or the “Company“) (TSX VENTURE:SE) reports that Mr. Gordon Mayr, P.Eng. has been appointed Vice President, Engineering. Mr. Mayr is a professional petroleum engineer with over 20 years of oil and gas experience.
Stonehaven also reports that Ms. Sarah Hundal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer to succeed Mr. Robert Todd who will remain with the Company. Ms. Hundal is a Chartered Accountant with approximately 10 years of experience in public practice and positions of increasing responsibility with public oil and gas companies, including most recently as Controller of the Company.
Mr. Murray Scalf has stepped down from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation and is continuing to act as a director of the Corporation.
