HOUSTON, July 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — EV Energy Partners, L.P. (Nasdaq: EVEP) today announced a cash distribution attributable to the second quarter of 2015 of $0.50 per unit for all of its outstanding units. The distribution will be payable on August 14, 2015, to unit holders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2015.
Additionally, EVEP announced plans to release second quarter 2015 results on Monday, August 10, 2015 prior to market open. In conjunction with the release, EV Energy Partners has scheduled a conference call on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. Central), which will be broadcast live over the Internet.
