CALGARY, AB–(Marketwired – July 30, 2015) – Kicking Horse Energy Inc. (“Kicking Horse” or the “Company“) (TSX VENTURE: KCK) announces that Chad Kalmakoff has resigned as the Company’s Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in order to pursue a specific career opportunity.

Kicking Horse would like to thank Mr. Kalmakoff for his excellent work and service to the Company and wishes him much success in his future endeavors. The Company has initiated a search for a new VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Kalmakoff will remain with Kicking Horse until August 28, 2015 to assist with transition.
