(the “Corporation” or “Questfire“) (TSX VENTURE:Q.A)(TSX VENTURE:Q.B) announces that it has cancelled today a total of 300,000 incentive stock options (“Options“), granted under the Corporation’s stock option plan to certain officers and directors of the Corporation. The cancelled Options were voluntarily surrendered by the holders thereof for no consideration. The cancelled options were originally granted on April 11, 2014 with an exercise price of $2.05 per common share.
Following the cancellation of the Options, the Corporation has 3,133,500 Options outstanding.
