(“Anderson” or the “Company”) (TSX:AXL) announces that, at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 14, 2016, the five nominees proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated May 17, 2016 were all elected as directors of the Company. Shareholders also re-appointed KPMG LLP as auditors of the Company and passed a special resolution authorizing an amendment to the articles of the Company to provide for the consolidation of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Anderson on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every one thousand (1,000) pre-consolidation common shares. It is anticipated that the post-consolidation common shares will commence trading on the TSX in the next three to four trading days under the symbol AND.
