(“Painted Pony” or the “Corporation“) (TSX: PONY) announces that effective January 1, 2018 the Corporation completed an amalgamation with its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, UGR Blair Creek Ltd. and Painted Rock Resources Ltd., pursuant to Sections 181 and 184(1) of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta).
