Nearly 300 oil pipeline spills went unreported to US state since 2012
BISMARCK, N.D. - North Dakota, the No. 2 oil producing state behind Texas, recorded nearly 300 oil pipeline spills in less than two years, state documents show. According to a Forum Research Poll Canadians support TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline and oppose Enbridge's Northern Gateway.
