Oil production in North Dakota rose 28,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) to 1,153,000 bpd in June, monthly data from the state Industrial Commission showed. U.S. crude and gasoline inventories rose while distillate stockpiles fell last week, the Energy Information Administration said on Wednesday. Crude inventories rose by 4.4 million barrels to 428.8 million barrels in the week ended August 14, the EIA said. U.S. refiners net input of crude oil rose to about 17.4 million barrels per day in the week ended August 14, the highest since September 2019, data from the Energy Information Administration showed on Wednesday.
