Noralta Technologies acquires Wellsite Automation and Control

Noralta Technologies (Calgary), announced today that it has acquired all of the assets and monitored accounts of Wellsite Automation and Control (WAC), based in Edmonton, Alberta.  Noralta will move quickly to integrate WAC’s clients onto its nTerface host platform.  “We see this as real positive addition to the Noralta family.
WAC’s customers will be seamlessly added to our platform and immediately enjoy an increased service offering” said Cam Zarowny, President and Founder of Noralta.  Noralta has been providing services to the energy industry for the past 23 years across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, the United States, and Central Amercia.  “AT WAC we strive for personal service, with Noralta, we believe this is a positive move for our customers” added WAC President Darren Wolodko.
