Canada weekly rig count up 17

Canadian drillers have increased total utilization by 17 rigs this week as operations slowly commence. This is the 5th straight week western Canada has added rigs to its oilpatch. The total count sits at 119. Alberta added the most (12 rigs), increasing its total working fleet from 67 to 79.
