Western Canada’s fleet of drilling rigs went down 2 to 81 according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week of June 1st. From one week ago, Alberta rig counts decreased 1 to 57 Saskatchewan's rig count increased from 9 to 24. Oil drilling went from 35 to 56; gas rigs went from 46 to 43.
